1. Inspection Process

autocarinspections carries out visual, non-intrusive roadside inspections.

No parts are opened, removed, or taken apart.

The check is based only on what can be seen and reached safely.

2. Buyer’s Guarantee

The inspection report belongs only to the buyer.

It is not shared with anyone else.

3. Inspection Details

The inspection is visual only. No dismantling or deep diagnostic work is done.

Test drives are done only with the seller’s permission and within legal speed limits.

The vehicle is returned in the same condition unless a fault happens during the test.

No personal or legal details are taken from the seller.

The inspection focuses on major mechanical and engine parts.

Small interior or exterior marks must be checked by the buyer.

If a major panel or part has been replaced, we tell the buyer. Small scratches are not included.

4. General Inspection Policies

All inspections are done by trained inspectors who can show ID if needed.

No parts are changed, removed, or adjusted.

All road rules and safety laws are followed.

Unregistered cars are not test-driven unless the seller provides a valid trade plate.

Inspections must be done in a safe and legal place.

autocarinspections does not check ownership, odometer accuracy, or vehicle identity.

This is a general visual check, not a full workshop inspection or teardown.

This service is not a roadworthy, Blue Slip, or e-Safety check.

autocarinspections is not responsible for issues that appear after the inspection.

Any repairs or problems found later are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Legal Matters

autocarinspections does not verify ownership, history, or identity of the vehicle.

Odometer tampering cannot be confirmed without government database access.

Buyers and sellers must confirm all legal and background details themselves.

The company does not take part in legal disputes, paperwork issues, or fraud investigations.

7. Vehicle History Report (PPSR)

autocarinspections does not provide PPSR or REVS checks.

Clients must get these reports themselves.

8. Repair Disputes & Post-Purchase Inspections

autocarinspections can help with independent checks for repair disputes or post-purchase concerns.

Senior inspectors can guide you, but they cannot guarantee any tribunal or court outcome.

All inspections are neutral and based only on faults seen during the check.

No mechanical repairs, dismantling, or internal diagnostics are done.

All clients must agree to these terms before booking. No online payment or booking is accepted without a consultation first.

Photos and videos taken by the inspector are included in the final report. Client photos or videos are not accepted.
